A need for design themes for the production team came once we moved from manually built frames proceedings sites to dynamic CMS built sites. We went through 2 different CMS platforms over the years and I created 5 different themes for our production team to use. The two themes highlighted on this page are from the Polopoly CMS and were created in 2014 and 2016.
Project Responsibilities
Worked with production team to better understand their needs for site setup. Investigated their current processes to make sure that the Theme setup is helping to make the best use of the production teams time.
Worked to update old designs for current customers to allow for a subtle transition from one CMS platform to another.
Setup new layouts utilizing modern web design trends and bootstrap as the base framework. Worked with various teams to make sure the new designs kept customer and production needs in mind.
Created all layouts within the CMS. Created, updated or Migrated all default content used in all our online products. Created all CSS including production ready and editable CSS within the CMS for color configuration and standard layout adjustments the production team could make.
