The NACHA Operating Rules and Guidelines Online was proposed to NACHA as a way to update their previous PDF site to an HTML product. The rules and guidelines are made up of multiple publications and the project consisted of new design, navigation, sign up procedure, and custom views based on role.
Project Responsibilities
Participated in just about every aspect of this project from early demo to site launch and support.
Worked with the sales team for initial demo and proposals for the site. Once the project was secured I worked as the project manager and main contact with the customer to begin the planning of the project. We worked out initial goals and schedule for the site, which consisted of two parts: A beta build for testing and a final build.
Incorporated elements from the customers corporate site with Adobe InDesign mockups to provide the customer with a online product that fit with their brand. I translated all designs into web ready css and layouts within the CMS.
Also responsible for converting all customer supplied InDesign files to HTML and clean up and prep the content for an XML import into the CMS.

For the site it was important to control what was visible on the site based on subscription. Certain elements were removed if someone claimed only a free subscription while the premium subscriptions had access to everything.
The samples on the left demonstrate the difference between the logged out vs logged in state for a premium user. Initial information on how to register, login and claim a subscription are moved once the person has logged in and language on the page changes for anyone with a subscription.
The list of all active subscription also appears to help the user easily navigate the site.
