Admin Overview
The WeGather admin event component was built with flexibility in mind. It allows for the customer to do all of the following tasks.
- Flexible dates: Single day, multiple days, and recurring events
- Locations tied to Salesforce records
- Volunteer assignments
- Ticket sales
Project Overview
The WeGather event is a collection of custom Lightning Web Components to handle all aspects of the event creation. Through several iterations we decided to go with a long form for the component because each section it was ever too complex to need a more divide and focused user experience.
Community Overview
The community aspect of the WeGather Event include opportunities for our end users to view details of the event, purchase tickets, volunteer and engage with other attendees.
Project Responsibilities
Redesigned the initial components into a more complete solution. Built out Adobe XD mockups and prototypes to flesh out all the features discussed in planned, then worked closely with the development team to make sure all markup and CSS reflected the concepts in the prototypes.
